Reincarnated in the game world ~ A gamer's beginning to [Dungeon job hunting recommendation]

Vol. 6 - Chapter 299 - A weak slipped away, akin to flowing sweat of youth

It seemed like they'd really taken it seriously so I also reduced their training schedule from three times to two times. But of course, there was also my sweet-sweet vengeance against Saturn for disturbing my sleep yesterday so I kept his training amount unchanged.

"Gooooo! Why, why it's just meeeeeee!!"

"Focus Saturn, your partner needs assistance there so use Flare there! Also don't forget about the cooldown! How can you support your comrades if you spend all your mana on monsters, think more carefully! Never forget to keep some spells in reserve just in case scenario! Don't just shoot down all of them!"

"Dammmmmn it!"

"Fufu, I'm glad we're not caught up in his stupidity."

"Yeah. That moron Saturn, he's really an idiot to anger Zephyr of all things."

"Seriously, that's why he's such a vain person with unnecessary pride."

I felt like the three guys besides Saturn said something I couldn't ignore. I really want to shove the mirror in front of them and first let them see with which face they're saying that.

Though, Saturn's aim has been getting better as the time passes thanks to the hard training. Even misfire count has also relatively become fewer. Besides, he is also gradually adapting to his role as magician.

I reckon he might become an excellent magician if he continues to work hard like this.

On Wednesday, I went to gather materials alongside other ‹Eden› members.

‹High Mana Grass› can be harvested from ‹Dinosaur's Hill Dungeon› and it's the required material for ‹Mana High Potion›.

Hannah, as of now, has been producing ‹Mana High Option› through offering the drops from intermediate ‹Silver Chest› to the normal ‹Mp Potion› but there aren't that many Intermediate ‹Silver Chest› and also it's a bit wasteful.

That's why I hope I can have Hannah produce ‹Mp High Potion› through normal production spells as much as possible.

Lulu, Celia etc had also crossed Lv40 marks, so today we went to Int-low dungeon with all the members that were eligible to enter in intermediate dungeon plus Rina and spent time harvesting materials.

Rina was the only one who had just reached Lv20 though so I brought her using ‹Guest Bracelet. Speaking of other members, Shizu and Celestine seemed to have something to do so they didn't come with us today.

I was also thinking of borrowing the ‹Guest Bracelet› from the academy using QP if they had the free schedule but it was a pity.

I was thinking maybe we can do a rehearsal for the time we will go to the extra dungeon but I guess that was obvious for everyone to not gather on normal weekdays with full-time classes.

"So this is the intermediate dungeon. I have yet to enter here formally but I quickly want to catch up with everyone."

"Well, I'm sure you can catch up with everyone if you continue to work hard like this. Rather, I would be troubled if you didn't hurry and catch up soon. I'm waiting to give the thread of command to you."

"Yes, I'm giving my all. And Zephyr-san too, umm, will continue to teach me right?"

"Of, of course. Ahem, first focus on raising your level."

I cleared my throat at the sidelong glance that Rina, a full-fledged rich young lady from appearance, sent towards me and adopted a serious stance. Kuh, the destructive power of the young lady here is simply devastating. I really wish she would stop giving such gazes.

And just as I had averted my gaze to escape from her gaze, my eyes met with Lana and Hannah whose eyes, too, were completely fixed on this side. The terrifying part was they weren't even turning their gaze away.

I hurriedly cut my conversation with Rina and could only brisk away beside other members.

Though we also met with a trouble in the middle when Lulu eyes sparkled seeing the dinosaur monster ‹Torutoru› that appeared and run up to it saying "So cute! Lulu want to hug it!" and got nibbled by ‹Torutoru›, but for the most part, it was a fun time.

And speaking of that incident, Celia had safely protected Lulu who was calmly patting ‹Torutoru› even as it tried to gnaw on her.

Afterwards, a deformed ‹Torutoru› plushie come to decorate our guild room. Yet another invasion by plushies......

On Thursday, I met with the ‹Holy› and the ‹Spy› that Misato had spoken about after classes.

The two people were boys from similarly ‹Combat Department›, with ‹Holy› being the student from Class-7 and ‹Spy› the student from Class-4 respectively. Of course, both had high-ranking jobs.

‹Holy› is the job specialized in recovery which is classified as the High ranking low order among other recovery category mage jobs like ‹White Mage›. Though, it isn't a fair comparison compared to Misato's ‹Sage› job that also specializes in barriers but it also has the potential of outclassing ‹Sage› in healing.

‹Spy›, too, was a high ranking low order job among other available scout category jobs like ‹Thief› etc. This job excels in lock picking, trap disarming and search and investigation inside the dungeon. Instead, though, it lacks a bit of firepower when it comes to fighting.

Both were quite a potential talent and a good addition to ‹Best of the Best, The Great Star› in my opinion.

Though, Misato was obviously superior to say the least I guess? Speaking of her, she was gradually preparing to leave the guild. She has apparently decided to leave the guild at month's end but until then, she has been going to the dungeon as one of the guild members.

If I have to say, Misato is quite a girl with a backbone, rather than a caring girl.

"I forgot to ask, what are you planning to do after withdrawing from their guild? Have you found another guild to join in?"

"Well, actually I haven't found it yet. In fact, I had planned to leave after the heat of the solicitation battle cooled down but I was able to escape from the solicitation because of ‹Best of the Best, the Guild Star›, so it would be disservice of me to leave without doing my due responsibility."

"...... I think you absolutely don't have to mind though."

Well, May is the month when the heat for guild battle is usually at their peak.

Even a dragon finds it hard to control a snake in its old haunt; there are also guilds at top in lower rank so it's easy for a single spark to take the form of fire when another guild drops from their rank after being lost in April.

Well of course any guild would want to have Misato in their guild. Though the fervor also lowers down to some extent as long as one can sail through the May. There are rules where a guild can reject a guild battle after accepting one for a month. And once the power ranking cemented to some extent among seniors, the noise of solicitation also got toned down.

That's why Misato's original plan was to withdraw from the guild at the end of month. Although she had already firmed her mind to leave, she also felt the quartet would break into tears.

"Ahaha, well, I had joined at first just to give it a try but quite an accommodating guild they are. I did thought maybe it was a wasteful on me. They're interesting, the only thing they have trained splendidly is their pride but even as they utter complaints, they are following your instruction training and have gained sufficient ability. I think they're honest and serious at their core. It's just my problem."

"I see. Then if Misato feels like it, why don't you come to ‹Eden›?"

"Huh? Are you recruiting me at this time?"

"Yeah. Our guild is in need of a healer too. You're warmly welcome to join our guild, since it's you. Well, I hope you give it a thought."

"Tahaha. You sure know how to say some nice stuff. But yeah, I will think about it positively."

"Yes, please. We have spots available so let me know about your answer by the end of this month."

After taking her words, I shed sweat of springtime with Saturn and others.
