Chapter 185 - Rescued: Xander's Anger
*************
CHAPTER 185
The sound of bones breaking could be heard and he to got thrown off. Everything had been just too much for the guards that and coupled with his speed…
They couldn\'t get a good angle at him nor could they shoot. He vanished again, appearing at the back of the guard that first shot him and snapped his neck totally, killing him on the spot.
That was Sky and Jay\'s cue. They to made their move and took care of the guards around, killing them without a second thought.
Xander made it a plan to kill all those who fired at him and gave them a painful death.
"Aaaahahhh!!"
Crack! Aaahhh!
The sounds of people in agony rang out continuously throughout the warehouse but it did not stop the killing. Rather their speed increased and the death did as well.
Xander moved again and found Zale. He picked him by the collar and held his right hand with his then with one swift move, he bent it, breaking it totally.
"Aaaahhhh!!"
"I promise to kill you but nice and slow."
After saying that he pulled on the hand and dragged it off his body. "Aaaaahhhh!"
Just the sight of him was already disgusting enough for Xander not to talk about his screams. He threw the cut off hand on the ground and punched him heavily again, throwing him towards the wall of the warehouse.
"Arrghh…" He heard Jade\'s groan from where he was in the air and looked in her direction. He disappeared again and appeared before her.
Quickly he freed her from the confines of the chair in one swift move and she fell.
However his strong arm was there to catch her. He held her protectively against his chest and looked at her face, only to find that she had fainted.
Instinctively he looked around for Zale and found out that he was nowhere in sight again.
"That weasel has escaped. Hmm, run. I would find you later and kill you. You must pay for what you have done." At the same time, Jay and Sky finished with their own share and rushed to where he was.
They helped Arctic and Asia up as well, freeing her from her bindings.
Without uttering a word to either of them, Xander took off, flying up and bursting a hole on the roof, then flew away.
"I would contact Jenny. You can go after him," Sky informed Jay, then he left with Arctic.
Jay looked around once more. How quickly had things turned sour? Slowly he shifted his gaze to the lovely damsel in his arms, although weak and a bit frail from all the numerous torture she had to endure, her beauty still radiated.
"How much have you had to suffer in the hands of that beast?" Although he said it in a murmur, Asia still heard him.
"For as long as I can remember after they saved me only to bring me to something worst."
Jay smiled weakly at her. She wasn\'t meant to hear him or even respond but she did. "Do not worry. I t is over now." Without uttering a single word, he squatted down a bit and took off, flying through the pathway Xander had created and hurrying up to catch up with the dragon Lord.
On his way, he met Sky, Arctic and Jenny. No one spoke to the other, all they did was rush to met Xander at home as they could already feel it that he was getting closer to his house than they.
He really wasn\'t taken chances. He wanted to take Jade away from there as fast as possible. It hurt him to see her in so much pain and torture. She deserved better than all this.
It was his fault, all his fault. If he hadn\'t made that stupid pronouncement then her family would still be alive today and her resentment, none of it would have mattered but he wouldn\'t have had the chance to be with her.
Who was he kidding, this was fate and destiny. Since they were fated much as mate, it only meant that come rain, come sunshine, they would still find each other no matter what.
Xander looked down to the lady in his arm. Her eyes still remained close from the her fainting. She had still not recovered yet. His gaze dragged through her body to the injuries and whip marks all over her body.
His heart bled at the sight. The pain coursed through him when he gazed down at her. She never deserved any of this. All along she didn\'t. He was to blame.
Slowly he grazed his ginger over her wound and as she flinched in her unconscious state, he too flinched as well. Their feelings, mind and pain were intertwined now.
Although different things triggered the mate bond, theirs, her danger did. He could feel all of her pain and weakness and it hurt him that he couldn\'t take away all the pain and the memory f it.
"My love, let\'s get you home and I would make sure you are properly healed. As for Zale, no worries. He would die. I would kill him for what he has done to you but I must say, I am sorry. Sorry I caused your grief and hurt and anger."
With that new found gusto he increased his speed, adding more of his power and flew straight for home. The faster he got home, the quicker it would be for him to heal her and rid her of all this pain.
In no time he arrived at his mansion. He did not bother to use the normal way and flew straight for his balcony. He rushed in and took her to the bed where he laid her peacefully on the bed.
Getting up, Xander left her side and began to enter his walk in closet then he opened the door to a secret room. He rushed back and got Jade then took her in there.
It was his personal dragon chamber room. A place he had access that was linked to their city far away. It was a healing room.
