Chapter 333 Watching
The terrorists took the hostages to a long disused castle in the south of the city.
It was actually a good place because in front of it was a wide, deserted road, almost like the road of an airport.
To their surprise, there was already an airplane waiting there.
Only, it still couldn\'t leave right now because the military sent many helicopters around.
The terrorists and the military seem to be negotiating.
Unfortunately, it was impossible to get close to the castle as all paths were closed.
Arthur and Jenny had no choice but to stop outside the area.
"What now? If my friends are taken away, their history is over, what if the plane crashes?" Jenny looked even more panicked as she got out of the car.
Unfortunately, Arthur was still too relaxed right now.
He calmly sat in the front of the Ferrari, staring at the castle in the distance.
They stopped at a fairly high area, so they could keep an eye on the castle from there.
Jenny was stunned when she saw Arthur suddenly sit up, her lips parted while her body froze.
Arthur grabbed her hand and immediately pulled her up until she fell by his side.
"What\'s wrong? Starting to doubt?" asked Arthur with a faint smile.
"No!" Jenny quickly shook her head.
"I\'m sure your strength can handle all this considering you look so relaxed, but you know, humans sometimes can\'t stop panicking before looking at the situation first."
"You\'re right!" Arthur nodded in agreement with her words.
"Look!" Arthur then pointed his hand forward.
From the tips of his fingers, Jenny saw the wind gather, forming a shuriken-like shape.
Arthur deliberately formed the shuriken which was a weapon of the ninja so that Yukiko who saw his attack later could guess that it was from him because only he should know that she was a ninja.
Whoosh!
The wind shuriken went off, so fast that it was invisible in no time.
It headed for the window where people were gathered behind it.
Jenny couldn\'t see them, but Arthur could see clearly enough that he could sense their presence.
And he could sense Yukiko\'s presence there. The woman should have been able to sense and see his attack coming.
Jenny was a bit confused as she watched the wind shuriken leave. Since she couldn\'t see it anymore, she thought nothing would happen.
However, she was quickly stunned as she saw the glass of one of the castle\'s windows suddenly shatter, even making a very loud shattering sound.
Others might think that it was due to gunfire, but Jenny was certain that it was due to Arthur\'s attack.
"That\'s just a fraction of my power," Arthur said.
"Can you even take down that castle?" asked Jenny in an admiring tone.
"Tear down the castle?" Arthur didn\'t expect that her imagination would be so big right away.
However, of course he could do it.
"I might need a few attacks," Arthur replied.
Hearing that, Jenny took a deep breath and at the same time, she immediately looked calm.
"I think I really hit the biggest jackpot today," she said, and suddenly hugged Arthur, caressing his body.
Only, her cell phone suddenly rang after that.
Jenny immediately took out her cell phone, and it turned out that it was her father calling her. It was more of a video call.
Jenny accepted the video call and soon her phone screen showed the scene of a middle-aged man with a body that could be said to be very good for his age.
He had a handsome face, neatly combed hair, and wore fashionable-looking glasses.
"Jenny, are you okay?" the middle-aged man asked in a hurried tone.
Although in front of her father, Jenny looked very relaxed, she still turned her body to Arthur so that her father could also see Arthur.
The man, Nicolas, frowned slightly as he was seeing Arthur for the first time, and so far he knew quite a lot about his daughter\'s friends.
"Don\'t worry dad, I\'m fine because I was in the room with my boyfriend when those terrorists attacked, now we are in a safe place and relaxing," Jenny replied with a quiet laugh and seemed proud of Arthur.
Nicolas who knew how his daughter lived was a bit stunned to hear that they were in the room when the terrorists attacked.
With one thought, he guessed.
The problem was that Jenny was still showing strange marks.
After that, Nicolas began to look at Arthur more seriously.
Actually, Arthur wanted to ask Jenny when they started dating, why she kept claiming that he was her boylfriend.
In front of the police before, he could tolerate it, but this was in front of her father, it would make things seem more official.
Arthur chose not to say anything about it because it was not a suitable time and after thinking for a while, he thought of just letting things flow, it was tiring to keep rejecting the wishes of the women who liked him.
Maybe later he would recognize them as his girlfriends if they wanted that.
"Where are you from, young man?" Nicolas asked Arthur.
The latter calmly replied, "where I come from."
Jenny parted her lips at Arthur\'s answer and laughed softly.
In fact, even Nicolas\' lips parted for a moment.
As a super-rich man, when he asked someone a question, that person would always try his best to explain himself.
For Jenny\'s boyfriends, they usually try even better and don\'t forget to try to make a good impression on him.
This was the first time anyone had answered like that, as if Arthur didn\'t even consider where he came from as important.
Jenny herself didn\'t know where he came from. And she didn\'t ask either, she just knew that he was Harry\'s new friend.
And in fact she also didn\'t know that Harry had moved to Vera to spend the rest of his school years.
"Dad, please don\'t be a curious man, this boyfriend of mine is the best man I\'ve ever met, even you are no match for him. You can be sure that I will not look for another man." Jenny said.
That actually surprised Nicolas because it was the first time Jenny had spoken about it.
She was a smart woman from the start and knew how to judge men well, so even when she was 12 or 13, she never seemed fanatical about her boyfriends because she didn\'t take them seriously either.
It was still the same until before she met Arthur.
In other words, Nicolas knew that his daughter meant what she said.
He couldn\'t help but wonder about the merits of this young man.
