Josh stared at the winged version of the native Americans… except their skin was fairer… at least that was he could remark when he eyes a tall beautiful white brunet holding a riffle, with her handshaking. If Josh\'s memory served him well, she should be Jacki… no… Raki.
"Move on…" Josh said. While sitting on the top of the snake, he felt like he was on top of the world. \'It feels good not to be close to the ground…\'
"You… you beat Enel!" Said a brown-skinned man. He had tattoos on his face, like Tyson, and he was wearing a feather skirt.
"Move on… I don\'t like to repeat myself." Josh said with an imposing voice.
The brown man in the lead took his weapon and aimed forward. "I warn you. This land had belonged to us, we are the native people. If you want to take it, then I\'ll tell you we won\'t let you."
"What would I get if I take it." Josh yawned as he turned his head to stare. His battle with Enel had burned a huge part of the forest. The burning smell was around. Although sky islands are a good place for a clinic, Josh was still a man who was raised in a city. He would rather spend his holiday in Amazon Lily if he got one. And he would never spend time on this desolate place.
"This… you look down at our ancestor\'s land." One of the Shandians said.
"You have nothing but trees here. Though, you have few a few beautiful things among you." Josh said, winking at the brunette, which made her take a step back and some of them flinch. "But other than that. I won\'t spend more than two days here, and that if I became an old man… Hey, snake… move, I\'m already bored." Josh said, patting the snake on the head. The snake refused to move. But when Hancock hissed, the snake started acting timider.
The Shandians were opening their eyes widely.
"Does this mean… we won."
"We got our land back, without a fight?"
"Hey, Wyper, let\'s celebrate."
"Are you sure guys this man beat Enel?" Wyper, the man who had Mike Tyson\'s tattoo on his face, said, pointing to Josh.
Everyone turned their head when a shadow of a little girl sneaked between them. "Yes, he did." Aisa, the girl whom Josh met an hour earlier, said.
Everyone moved alongside, making way for the large snake.
"Oy, little girl. Don\'t yell the next time when you are in the enemy zone." Josh said to Aisa. It was a piece of advice that she may use if she gets older. Vivi surely would have benefited from such one.
\'I wonder if she grew up, Vivi.\' Josh lifted his head and lied on the ground.
"Wait!" said someone.
"What?" Josh patted the snake to stop. Annoyed, he turned his head.
"You seems to have taken few things with you." Said Wyper, firmly.
It\'s easy to notice the big ship made of gold on the top of the snake\'s head. Not only so, but there were pillars of gold and more of wealth. It\'s easy to say it\'s the national wealth of these people.
"You\'ve got a problem with that."
Josh\'s tone changed. It was no near gentle. When a mercenary frees your country, you don\'t expect it for free. And if you don\'t pay the price for freedom, you may lose it.
Everyone sensed the change in his tone, almost taking a step back.
"Joshy… who bothered you? Do you want me to kill him for you?" Hancock said, angry a bit as she held Josh\'s arm.
"Big brother." Stepped the little girl from earlier, almost teary. "The Bell…" she had puppy eyes.
"The golden bell?" Josh said, looking at a certain bell. "What\'s with it?"
"We\'ve been taught it\'s a national treasure. Our people have longed to hear it… Generation after generation, we held the promise to hear it. The Sky\'s song." Said a man as he stepped forward.
Josh patted the bell. It was big, and if it were melted, it can gain him a good amount of money.
But on the other side, a little girl was looking at him with puppy eyes.
"Please… big brother…" the little girl joined her hands together and stepped forward.
"Aisa, shut up!" Wyper held her shoulder and raised his hand. He was about to slap her.
"No, you shut up," Josh said as he appeared in front of Wyper, lifting his hand. Before Wyper could realise what happened, he was bitch slapped across the forest.
The rest of the group looked at Wyper, on the ground. Some went to help him, some stayed in their place, and some smiled, especially the girls.
"He deserves it." One muttered, with a cough.
No one then asked Josh about the bell, except the little girl. "So…"
"What can you give me, if I give you the bell," Josh asked as he looked at them.
"We can give you…" No one talked, only Asia, who couldn\'t find the answer.
"I\'ll rent it for you," Josh said, thinking a bit as he turned his head.
The people here have advanced technology.
They even have a water motorcycle. If Josh assumption is correct, he can sell one of these for 5 million Berries to riches. Few hundreds of these, and he would gain more than what that bell worth.
"You will." The little girl\'s eye lit up.
"You have to make me a 150 water motorcycle," Josh said.
"Really, we will do it! Right guys." Aisa turned her head and stared at her people.
The adults, from behind, only smiled and nodded. Their smiles were quite forced. It\'s obvious that the man who defeated Enel just considered giving them the bell after the girl asked him with a please tone. It seems he has a soft spot for kids, and they didn\'t question it.
After the bell rang, Wyper woke up from his slumber. The bell produced a strong sound that could be heard from below, and even the large snake started dancing. Josh only rolled his eyes when he found a couple of kids dancing around him. He just vanished and appeared on the top of the snake.
"I\'ll come the next month, You\'ll have what I tasked made for me." Josh then kicked on the snake\'s head. "Yip Yip… wrong words. Move on, Bitch." He then gave the snake a strong slap, making it wail and move.
"Can you stay for dinner, big bro—"
"No." Said Josh… he has no reason to stay, and there are people who are waiting for him.
Besides, he had gotten what he came to get. The Rumble-Rumble fruit, and gold… and also, unexpected rewards from the system.
"Joshy… never thought you have such a soft spot for kids." Hancock held his arm.
"I don\'t." Josh rolled his eyes as he let his head rest on her boobs.
\'I forgot. He\'s a Tsundere.\' Hancock kissed his forehead and whispered as she started running her finger through his hair. "How about yours, then."
"Once they are born, I\'ll think." Josh closed his eyes.. "Let me enjoy this peace."
