Chapter 166 [Fuck You Sized]
Cheers rang out in the cafeteria when Helix declared the fight was biblical.
Many stood from their chairs in excitement.
"Now, I'd normally leave the monsters to kill themselves.
However, there was something odd that I noticed." Helix pointed out.
The cafeteria's atmosphere cooled.
Everyone listened again with all of their attention.
"The Warpshire was losing blood, but he wasn't enveloping its body in its fire.
It wasn't using breath attacks either." Helix recalled.
Confused faces sprung forth.
"That meant one thing." Helix chuckled.
"The Liskaberry was nearby." Charlotte completed.
"Exactly. Moreover, it also meant there were likely three other Warpshires in the area oblivious to the fighting."
Silence washed over the room again.
"So I had a massive battle with Master Tyrene in the darkness to keep her in place while I switched our lighting circles." Helix sighed.
"There I was, under a blanket with a woman, preventing her from leaving, and I had to slap a new lighting circle on her chest.
After using first-person circle strategies, I felt like the biggest creep ever to lay with a woman."
The otakus burst into laughter when they saw his cringing face.
"Did she slap you?" Maze asked.
"Obviously." Helix sighed.
—
Tyrene tried to pull Helix's arm to get him to flee.
It was the perfect opportunity for them to get away.
However, Helix gripped her wrist and kept her down.
Then he crawled under the covers completely.
She snapped her wrist away from him reflexively.
Helix awkwardly started rustling under the covers, making Tyrene very nervous.
She wasn't bothered that something weird would happen, but she had no idea what he was doing.
Tyrene didn't even know what she was looking at.
Helix deactivated his first lighting circle and pulled out a duplicate copy, throwing it onto his chest.
Then he stuck the circle of lighting out of the covers in front of her face.
She looked at it in confusion.
However, Helix started pulling on her arm to get under the blanket.
Confused and disoriented, she pulled her arm back.
Annoyed and pressed for time, she retracted the circle back under the covers, lifted her body, and slapped it on her chest.
Tyrene's eyes widened, and she reached into the covers, grabbed Helix by the neck, and slapped his face aggressively.
In the process, she lifted her back off the ground.
She panicked in fear when she realized she had exposed her backlight.
However, it was pitch-black around her.
Tyrene peeked into the covers and found a new magic circle on her.
Her face flushed bright red in embarrassment.
Helix had no time for the trivialities.
He wiggled free once she released his neck and the blanket disappeared into his item storage.
Then he slapped another magic circle onto her back.
This time she took it bitterly.
Helix threw one into her hand.
Tyrene looked up apologetically, but Helix gave her a gentle smile.
Then he turned around, and she put it on his back.
Helix stood up after that and turned back toward the Warpshire with a serious expression.
The battle was coming to an end.
There were hundreds of beast bodies on the ground, and the Warpshire was trembling.
Tyrene watched his serious demeanor with interest.
She couldn't figure out why he wasn't moving.
The only reason she could think of was that he was letting more enemies die.
However, that wouldn't help them much longer.
The inability to speak or communicate was dragging on her.
When the last few beasts entered, he prepared to move.
There was a trigger he was waiting for.
However, things never played out perfectly.
A massive rock flew in their direction.
Tyrene tried to move, but the rock moved faster.
Flash.
A barrier activated, and the rock smashed against it.
Tyrene's eyes widened, and Helix's heart started pounding.
It was a dim light that the other beasts couldn't see.
However, it attracted the Warpshires attention.
It charged into their position in an instant.
Tyrene tried to move, but Helix pushed her back with his hand.
Then he threw a dagger as high as possible in the Warpshire's direction.
p
The Warpshire hit the ground when a massive gravity circle activated.
Then the blade smashed down on its skull, killing it.
Helix unsheathed his sword and rushed at the three remaining beasts.
Tyrene was still confused about what had happened, but she rushed into battle.
Within a matter of seconds, the two had killed the remaining three.
To Tyrene's annoyance, Helix activated the Intent Spell instantly and carved off a massive second of its pelt as quickly as possible.
It wasn't difficult because the other monsters had ripped apart its pelt, so he was only carving from an area ready to be skinned.
To Tyrene's bewilderment, the entire operation took less than ten seconds.
The pelt disappeared into his item storage, and he grabbed her hand and ran around the beast.
When they were on the other side, he stopped.
Tyrene looked around.
After twenty seconds of searching, Helix narrowed his eyes.
She joined him.
It was invisible at first.
However, the more she stared in the direction, she saw a very faint glow.
"Liskaberry." She whispered in astonishment.
They were golden luminescent berries.
The glowing berries awaited them.
Helix grabbed her hand and pulled her [back] around the Warpshire's corpse.
He kept running until she felt a wave of noise wash over her.
Helix pressed his hand over her mouth and put his mouth to her ear.
"Master, there are Liskaberries near us.
However, that means that the other Warpshires may be near.
Is it worth the risk, or should we run?
If we leave now, we can escape in the direction that all of the monsters died in.
So everything is set up for our escape."
Then he released her mouth and gave her time to think.
After ten seconds, she leaned into his ear.
"It's up to you." Tyrene whispered.
Helix nodded and motioned to go back and grab them.
Tyrene closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
She was praying that he would choose the other decision.
—
"Still, with a red cheek and a fearless grin, I kept her in place, and I let the Warpshire kill off hundreds of our enemies."
Laughter burst forth as if from a broken flood gate.
"Suddenly, a rock blew across the battlefield in our direction!" Helix yelled suddenly.
People jumped.
"Just before death struck down, a barrier shot up around us, crushing the rock!
The barrier glowed with the magic circle, and the Warpshire's face blew up with bloodlust." He continued.
The otakus and weebs gasped.
"However—" Helix announced with a sinister grin.
"I left one last surprise. These women know it well."
"No way!" Charlotte exclaimed with an evil grin.
"The [Gravity Tip Trigger]?" Marie asked with wide eyes.
"That's right." Helix confirmed with a nod.
Excitement burst from his partners' faces.
"That spell is LEGENDARY!" Charlotte announced with a puffed-out chest.
"Once a beast steps on it…."
Charlotte made eye contact with everyone near her.
"BOOOOOM! That sorry sap is leveled with 50 G's of gravity!" She announced.
The cafeteria jumped with her powerful sound effect.
Her hands swung in opposite directions.
"But that's not what makes it am~A~zing." Charlotte sang.
"Helix throws a dagger in the air ahead of time.
Once the dagger is above the circle, it waits until its tip is down and shoots it back to the earth.
That's why it's called the [Gravity Tip Trigger]." Marie explained with a smile.
Gasps of surprise and excitement washed over the group.
"Where did you learn that spell?" Maze asked in a stunned state.
"He~didn't." Charlotte interjected.
The otakus and weebs shifted their gaze to her.
"It's a Hellie original."
Pandemonium and chaos followed the area.
