After looking over the data on the Tentacruel, Yuga exclaimed, "Whoa, no wonder the Tynamo said these Tentacruel are the rulers of their area. They're both pseudo-Elite level Pokémon!"

The two Tentacruel surged through the waves and reached Yuga in an instant, their thick tentacles aiming to crush the culprit responsible for letting their enemy escape.

The female Tentacruel was the one taking most of the action, while the male Tentacruel held back somewhat due to the child clinging to its head.

However, before the Tentacruel could reach Yuga, Mismagius's Power Gem and Gengar's Shadow Ball struck them simultaneously, forcing the Tentacruel to recoil with piercing screams. But their eyes grew even more hateful as they stared at Yuga.

Despite sensing that Gengar and Mismagius were much stronger than they were, the Tentacruel were so consumed by rage and hatred that they paid no heed to this.

Tentacruel are known for their strong special defense, and since Gengar and Mismagius hadn't attacked with full force, the Tentacruel weren't too badly injured.

For certain undisclosed reasons, Yuga had no intention of pushing the Tentacruel to the brink, so he had already instructed Gengar and Mismagius to hold back.

The female Tentacruel was about to strike again, but Gengar, quick on the draw, used Psychic to freeze her in place. No matter how much the female Tentacruel struggled, she couldn't move an inch, as Poison-types are weak against Psychic-type moves, and her strength was no match for Gengar's.

Seeing his partner restrained, the male Tentacruel panicked like an ant on a hot stove, even causing the tiny Tentacool clinging to his head to nervously wave its tentacles.

Before the male Tentacruel could act, Mismagius's eyes flashed black, and a pair of enormous eyes appeared above his head. The male Tentacruel was horrified to realize that his entire body was now paralyzed.

He knew that the effect must have come from those eyes, and he worried for the frail child clinging to his head, fearing that the child might be harmed.

But his fears were unnecessary—the black gaze would not harm them.

The average height for a regular Tentacruel is around 1.6 meters, yet as Yuga gazed at the two paralyzed Tentacruel before him, both of whom towered over him and Gengar combined, he couldn't help but marvel: "Creatures from the sea are truly gigantic!"

"Tentacruel, I don't want to be your enemy. How about settling your grudge with Eelektross here and now?" Yuga proposed.

Hearing this, both Tentacruel became visibly agitated. Even though their tentacles were restrained, their muscles twitched and pulsed as if they were about to explode with fury. It was clear they had no intention of settling anything peacefully.

In truth, Yuga felt a bit guilty about what he had just said. After all, Eelektross had injured the Tentacruel's child, and it was only natural for the parents to seek revenge. If someone had harmed his own Florges or Chimecho, he'd undoubtedly be ready to fight to the death.

"It's better to resolve enmities than to deepen them. If you have any requests, feel free to tell me, and I'll do my best to help," Yuga continued to advise them, hiding his true intentions.

The female Tentacruel let out a bitter cry of accusation, and it was only then that Yuga learned the truth: when Eelektross evolved, the electric current it produced didn't kill the young Tentacool, but it caused irreversible damage to the little Tentacruel.

At that time, the young Tentacool was less than two days old, its body extremely fragile. After the electric current invaded its body, not only did it become frail and weak, but it was also constantly tormented by the residual Electric-type energy stubbornly rooted within it.

In this condition, whether or not the little Tentacruel could grow up was uncertain—just staying alive was already a form of torment.

The higher a Pokémon's level, the harder it is for them to have offspring, especially for Pokémon living in the wild. For these two pseudo-Elite level Tentacruel, it had been a struggle to produce this one little Tentacool. Seeing their child suffer such agony, how could they not harbor hatred toward Eelektross?

After hearing the female Tentacruel's accusation, even Yuga felt that Eelektross had deserved it!

"May I take a look at your child?"

Upon hearing this, the two Tentacruel grew even more agitated, clearly unwilling to let Yuga get close to their child.

But Yuga didn't bother asking for their permission. He immediately had Mimikyu jump onto the male Tentacruel's head and bring the small Tentacool over to him.

The young Tentacool was so weak that it had no strength to resist Mimikyu.

Once he touched the little Tentacool, Yuga used his special Grass-type ability, sending healing energy into its body. He quickly confirmed that the female Tentacruel was right: the Tentacool's body indeed contained a stubborn trace of Electric-type energy.

This Electric-type energy had fused with the young Tentacruel's fragile body, becoming like a parasitic infection and causing further damage to its core, making it extremely difficult to dispel.

Of course, that difficulty was only relative to others. Yuga's Dragonite possessed the "sacred artifact," the Yellow Orb, and this amount of Electric-type energy was barely a snack for it. Removing it would only take a matter of moments.

At first, the little Tentacool was very resistant to Yuga's touch, seeing him as the villain who had harmed its parents. But as the healing energy entered its body, it suddenly felt some relief from its constant pain, causing it to feel conflicted.

Resist? Or accept?

However, before the little Tentacool could finish sorting out its feelings, Yuga withdrew his hand, leaving the Tentacool with an inexplicable sense of loss.

"If I can heal your child, how about we settle the score with Eelektross and call it even?" Yuga loudly proposed to the Tentacruel.

The two Tentacruel became visibly excited upon hearing that Yuga could heal their child.

"I'm serious. You're already at my mercy, so why would I deceive you?" Yuga continued to explain.

The Tentacruel considered this for a moment, realizing it made sense, and finally, they reluctantly agreed.

Compared to the health of their young Tentacool, Eelektross was now as worthless as dirt on the side of the road.

Seeing the Tentacruel agree, Yuga felt a wave of joy but outwardly feigned difficulty, saying, "Although I can dispel the Electric-type energy from the Tentacool's body, the damage it has already suffered is irreversible, and it will require a long period of recovery. If you want your child to fully return to normal, I'm afraid you'll have to stay with me for quite some time."

Yuga, the master deceiver, was back in action!
