Chapter 751: Education

Chapter 751: Education

Seeing Druddigon idle and bored every day, Yuga decided to bring Shellgon and Deino from the Grassland Sub-Ecopark to the Flower Sea Sub-Ecopark to be trained by Druddigon for a while.

As these two youngsters grew, Yuga couldn\'t afford to let them waste their potential. Education for the next generation of Pokémon was vital, after all. They were the future!

In the current ecosystem, aside from Dragonite\'s mother, Druddigon was the most suitable candidate to educate them. Dragonite\'s mother had her hands full with teaching Dragonite and Charizard, so the responsibility fell on Druddigon.

Originally content with its carefree life, Druddigon wasn\'t pleased with Yuga suddenly assigning it two apprentices. So It didn\'t put much effort into teaching Shellgon and Deino.

Then, it faced Gardevoir\'s "Hammer of Justice."

When it came to caring for Shellgon, no one in the Ecopark cared more than Gardevoir (male). Druddigon couldn\'t be careless with Shellgon\'s education, and Gardevoir (male) made sure of that.

Even though Gardevoir (male) can\'t defeat Duddrigon, Gardevoir can.

Because Gardevoir has taken over the body of Gardevoir (male), under normal circumstances, it will agree to any request Gardevoir (male) makes as long as it is not too excessive.

So Druddigon got a taste of its medicine.

After Gardevoir taught Druddigon a lesson, Druddigon couldn\'t afford to be lax anymore. It started earnestly teaching Shellgon and Deino.

Because life had become somewhat boring lately, Gardevoir even began giving lessons to Psychic-type Pokémon in the main Ecopark.

Thanks to its efforts, all the Medidite in the main Ecopark evolved into Medicham and even started dating the Lopunny, the first Medicham who evolved already beginning their love lives with the Lopunny.

The last two Kirlia also successfully evolved into Gardevoir.

Speaking of education for the next generation, there was an interesting incident related to Chatot in the Ecopark recently.

Yuga had previously brought a Pidgeot from the Petalburg Forest, and this Pidgeot happened to be a suitor of Chatot.

After Yuga brought it in, he placed it in the Grassland Sub-Ecopark and didn\'t pay much attention to it and even he had forgotten about Pidgeot being a suitor.

So this Pidgeot started following Chatot around. Wherever Chatot went, it went. Even when Chatot tried to avoid it, it would somehow find Chatot\'s location, paying no mind to Noctowl.

Chatot had a history of flirting around when it was injured in the past, so when Noctowl saw Pidgeot sticking to Chatot, it assumed that Chatot had brought back a troublemaker.

But Noctowl, being such a cool Pokémon, wouldn\'t make a fuss over such matters.

However, it quietly went out for a bit.

The day after it returned, Pidgeot and Staraptor became a couple. (The Staraptor evolved from Staravia, which Yuga exchanged with the Blue Sky Day Care.)

The reason was evident.

Staraptor was clueless about it all, but it suddenly had a wife. Of course, it was happy about it. Its other companions were still single.

As for what happened between Noctowl and Pidgeot, no one knew. But after that incident, whenever Pidgeot saw Noctowl, it would keep its distance and quietly become Staraptor\'s partner.

Afterward, everyone learned that despite Noctowl\'s usual silence, it was actually a ruthless character. So don\'t provoke it lightly.

Although the matter was resolved, Noctowl didn\'t easily forgive Chatot.

When Chatot tried to talk to it, it acted as if it didn\'t hear a word, leaving Chatot clueless.

In reality, Chatot was quite wronged! It didn\'t pursue Pidgeot at all; it was all because Yuga didn\'t handle the situation properly.

Misunderstood and treated coldly by Noctowl, Chatot couldn\'t accept it. So, it began causing a ruckus around Noctowl\'s all day long, which make Noctowl\'s annoyed.

Since Hoothoot\'s potential improved, Noctowl began addressing its training issues.

In the past, when Hoothoot\'s potential were lacking, Noctowl thought it was fine for it to take it easy. However, now that its potential had improved, as a mother, Noctowl naturally hoped for Hoothoot to achieve more.

But Hoothoot had grown accustomed to laziness. It would often slack off during training, and its personality was entirely different from its good friend, Ninetales (who had recently evolved from Vulpix).

Speaking of Hoothoot, Vulpix, and Ralts, Ralts had evolved into Gallade long ago, and Vulpix recently evolved into Ninetales with the help of a Fire Stone. Yet, Hoothoot was still lagging behind.

What made matters worse was that Hoothoot not only lagged in evolution but also refused to put in effort.

When Ralts evolved into Gallade, its potential turned blue because it used a Supreme-grade Dawn Stone. When Vulpix evolved into Ninetales, its abilities also turned blue because it used a Supreme-grade Fire Stone.

But Hoothoot\'s potential were still green.

Seeing their child fall behind in every aspect, Noctowl was concerned and thus became stricter with Hoothoot\'s training.

Originally, Noctowl was on the brink of losing patience, and with Chatot pestering it constantly, even with its high tolerance for Chatot, it was close to exploding.

So, without a second thought, Noctowl decided to teach Chatot a lesson.

After Chatot was disciplined, it ran to Yuga to complain, saying that Noctowl didn\'t like it anymore.

Once Yuga understood the situation, he couldn\'t help but mock Chatot!

However, Yuga was also aware that Noctowl had been getting frustrated lately due to Hoothoot\'s behavior. He learned this from Honchkrow, who had been the leader of the Bird Pokémon for a long time and was very observant, noticing Noctowl\'s agitation.

Noctowl wasn\'t the type to openly display its emotions, making it challenging for anyone, including Pokémon, to notice its distress. If it weren\'t for Honchkrow pointing it out, Yuga might not have realized it either.

Yuga couldn\'t interfere directly because he lacked experience in handling such situations and hadn\'t thought of a good solution yet.

After teasing Chatot, Yuga said to it, "Noctowl has been quite annoyed lately because of Hoothoot. If you can\'t help, at least don\'t bother it."

Upon hearing Yuga\'s words, Chatot wiped away its "tears" (which it didn\'t actually have) and asked, "What\'s wrong with Hoothoot?"

Yuga instantly felt like Chatot was beyond help. Could you believe it? Could a husband and father say something like that?

Chatot\'s bewildered expression revealed that it truly had no clue about anything!

What a flake!

Yuga raised his hand and gave it a pat on the head, saying, "You don\'t know? Go figure it out yourself!"

So Chatot flew back, utterly confused.
