First of all, its health had increased to 9000 from 8000. It was very close to reaching tier 3 as both its attack and special attack were not in A++ rank. Its passive move had not leveled up the next stage but it was plenty strong. One of the main reasons why it was so strong was due to this passive move. Ancient power had also increased in mastery and was now in 40% and hidden power mastery had also increased to 75%
Axel then looked at the moves of Charizard. Most of its moves were already in level 60s. Axel realized that it becomes difficult to increase the level of the moves when they reach level 60. So, Axel told Charizard to concentrate on other moves and it did. It focused more on domain moves and they had leveled up nicely. It also concentrated on new moves that it had learned.
Axel looked at moves descriptions of some of the moves:
Belly Drum (Charizard): (Level 40): The attack power of the Pokemon would be increased more than before.
(Level 45): With the help of \'Blaze\', its attack would increase.
Wing attack (Charizard) : (Level 40): It is sharper than before, like a sharp blade.
(Level 45): The blades have multiple edges making it more deadly.
(Level 50): The move would also increase the flight speed of the Pokemon.
(Level 55): The power of it could be concentrated in only 1 wing, increasing the power to new heights.
Iron Tail (Charizard): (Level 40): The move is more piercing and has high penetrating power.
(Level 45): The length of the attack move has increased giving it more coverage.
(Level 50): The move would increase the weight of its tail in a such way that its flying speed would be heightened.
(Level 55): The speed of the attack has increased.
Thunder Punch (Charizard) (Level 40): The chances of being paralyzed have increased.
(Level 45): It has higher penetrating power.
(Level 50): Increase the chances of knockback and flinch
Ominous wind (Charizard) (Level 40): The speed and penetrating power of the wind has increased.
(Level 45): The chances of increasing all the stats had increased to 30%
Dragon energy (Charizard): (Level 40): The life force of Charizard is increased when using this move and then it decreases than the normal amount
(Level 45): The power of the move had increased
(Level 50): The power of the attack had increased exponentially. This could only be used during Dragon king domain and it had a cool-down period of 3 hours.
Roost (Charizard) (Level 40): It could now be on the effect of roost for 10 minutes.
(Level 45): The side effects after using the move had decreased.
(Level 50): It could now heal 30% of its maximum health.
(Level 55): It could now heal 50% of its maximum health.
(Level 60): It could now be in effect for 15 minutes.
Fire Domain (Charizard) (Level 40): The area covered in the domain had increased to 15 meters. It could now be used for 12 minutes.
(Level 45): Its attack stat and speed stat would increase by a good margin
(Level 50): The power of the fire-type attacks is more intense than before.
(Level 55): Could include the power of blaze in the domain. This would heighten the power of the attack by a new level.
Dragon Domain (Charizard) (level 40): The area covered in the domain had increased to 15 meters. It could now be used for 12 minutes.
(Level 45): Its defense stat and special attack stat would increase by a good margin
(Level 50): The power of dragon-type moves would increase.
Dragon King (Charizard) (Level 40): The area covered in the domain had increased to 25 meters. It could now be used for 8 minutes.
(Level 45): Its defense, speed, attack and special attack would increase inside the domain.
(Level 50): The target would be intimidated in this domain and the power of its fire type and dragon type moves had increased.
Dragon scales (Charizard) (Level 40): Can be used for 6 minutes now.
(Level 45): The scales would cover up its whole body and its defense coverage is increased.
Ash Manipulation (Charizard) (Level 40): Can create an armor of ash around the user to cover itself. This is highly effective for water-type attacks.
(Level 45): Can cover the target with ash which has a very high chance of getting burned.
(Level 50): While covering the target with ash, the user would suffocate and would be very difficult to move.
Smoke Manipulation (Charizard) (Level 40): This would decrease the visibility of the target as the user creates smoke on the wide area.
(Level 45): This would reduce the stamina of the target.
Tail Blade (Charizard) (Level 40): It would be combined with \'Iron tail\', increasing the power of the attack.
Transform (Charizard) (Level 40): The user is in its self-control while using this move.
(Level 45): Cannot battle for 3 days instead of 7 days.

Charizard had trained hard on its new moves. There were some moves like \'Dragon roar\' which it could not level up to 40 as it was a status move. Status moves were always hard to level up.
However, its pre-domain move had grown stronger. It had trained a lot in this move. Charizard was facing the same problem as Shedinja. It had 3 pre-domain moves like Shedinja. One of them was the combination of 2 pre-domains. But they didn\'t have a synergy effect.
"Charles, Marcus come here!!", shouted both of them.
"I have got a great idea. Both of you are facing the same problem in the pre-domain move. So, I want both of you to work together and synergize the pre-domain move.", said Axel.
This was a great plan. Shedinja was very mature and intelligent and Charizard was very daring. Both of them could solve the problem together.
Charizard didn\'t need to learn any new moves right now. It had already learned all the moves that it was supposed to learn. It only needed to modify and evolve the existing moves.
Axel knew that if it could remove all the deficiency of its move \'Transform\', it would be unstoppable. This move directly enhanced its powers so much that it could reach pseudo-champion rank briefly. However, this move was very difficult to improve.
Charizard had been trying a lot and even with its black potential, it could only modify the move to level 45. However, this also brought many benefits to Charizard. It could now control its emotions and it only needed to rest for 3 days, instead of 7 days. That was a huge improvement.
Axel felt that this move was designed for a champion-rank Pokemon. But since Charizard was only a king-rank Pokemon, there were many restrictions. Now, Charizard was growing stronger and stronger, the restrictions were being lifted bit by bit.
Gogoat had recently ranked up to tier 2, Venusaur to tier 1. Alakazam, Beedrill, and Steelix were not here. Nidoking had also recently ranked up to tier 2.
So, only Mamoswine and Slowemperor were left. Pidgeot still needed some time to reach king rank.
Mamoswine was very close to reaching tier 2 king rank. He felt that it just needed a bit of a push to reach there. It was almost there. Axel knew that it might rank up in this expedition and he was very excited about it.
Axel thought to make training plans for Mamoswine after it reached tier 2 king rank. Now, only Slowemperor was left.
Slowemperor was a unique Pokemons. It was the first Pokemon of its own species to ever exist. So, the system had given Axel many missions and opportunities.
If Axel could capitalize on those, then it might be one of the most powerful Pokemon in Axel\'s team. Yet, it was very hard to do so. He would have to find the hidden potential of Slowemperor by himself and then the mission would activate.
As Axel was going to make some training plans for Slowemperor, he was disturbed by the voice of Jin.
"Axel, that vice admiral is calling you. It looks like he found something.", said Jin.
Axel followed Jin to the vice admiral Kizaru. Kizaru and the team were in the same meeting hall as before.
"Axel, I have found something and I want to discuss that with you.", said Kizaru.
"Oh, did the aerial footage find out something?"
"Yes, it did. The drones could not map the area. Whenever the drones went a bit near, they would stop to function for some unknown reason. So, we sent multiple drones there. We could vaguely see that there were some Pokemons there.
Most of them were psychic types and some of them were even dragon-type Pokemons. This got me excited, as I sent more drones there but then, we saw something very surprising."
"Oh, what did you see?"
"We saw a human, a girl to be precise."
"A girl? Do you have that footage?", asked Axel.
"Yes, here it is.", said Kizaru and showed him the footage.
"That is Seerena!!", shouted Axel. Axel could never forget that face. That was Seerena. So, did that mean that the girl was Latias?
Axel saw the entire footage. Seerena seemed to be saying something but since the drones didn\'t have any audio function, he could not hear it.
"From the lip movements, we can say that she was saying the sentence, \'I am waiting.\'", said Kizaru.
"She did say that she would wait for me."
"Yes, it also looks like she already knows that you are here. Axel, how confident are you that she is Latias?", asked Kizaru.
"Around 80% sure and I know that you are not going to risk the life of your comrades based on 80% surety. So, if you think that this is dangerous, then you can back out now. I won\'t blame you.", said Axel.
"Who do you think that we are? Do you think that we will back down just because of that?", shouted one of the men behind Kizaru. He was one of the members of the expedition team.
"So, you still plan to go with me?", asked Axel.
"Of course, we would. I don\'t think that there is any need for us to delay another day. We can leave tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.", said Kizaru.
"Ok, we will be prepared.", said Axel and then went to eat something.
It was already night now and it was now time to sleep.
"Axel, are you sure that woman or whatever that is is not going to hurt us?", asked Jin. He was worried about that entity. Jin knew that the woman was not human. How could a human live in such an isolated place for so long? But that entity was dangerous.
The entity was not letting anyone inside that place. This showed the authority that it had over that land.
Axel turned around Jin and said, "Don\'t worry, it will not hurt us. I am confident."
