Chapter 200: A real fight!
[Your body is rejecting your existence, you have little time]
Several messages began to appear in his mind as he looked at the woman in front of him.
"Go ahead, I would love to see what happens to you, little Dragon King," Persephone said, crossing her legs provocatively.
"Why are you doing this?" Strax questioned; it made no sense to him... "Just think of it as me having fun with someone interesting." She smiled teasingly.
"Hades won\'t like this at all." Strax said. Anyone with basic knowledge of Greek mythology would know about the relationship between Hades and Persephone.
"Dead men don\'t speak, foolish child," Persephone\'s tone changed completely, bitterness crossing her lips before, of course...
"Good, at least then I won\'t have any competition." Strax said, smiling mischievously at her.
"W-what did you say?" Persephone looked at him, surprised, but he just shrugged.
"I no longer need to follow the human ideas I once carried, so, who cares? Even if you\'re a goddess, I\'ll take you for myself," Strax said, his eyes gleaming with a possessive blood-red light as he looked at Persephone.
"A wonderful woman like you deserves the best, don\'t you think?" He questioned, smiling, and for a moment, it seemed the roles had reversed.
Persephone remained silent, ignoring his words, as something told her that if she tried to take advantage of him... something would pull her in...
[Analysis cannot be used on the Queen of the Darkest Spring]
\'Queen of the Darkest Spring... Just like Nyx has the title Mother of Night... Fufufu, I hope I get one too,\' he laughed internally.
"Send me back. I need to save my wives," Strax said, suddenly serious, as he looked at the woman who didn\'t seem to care much, but...
"Tsk, men are always irritating," she said, crossing her arms. "Go away," she ordered, and a black portal appeared.
"It will be a pleasure to see you again, dear Persephone," Strax said before stepping through the portal without letting her say anything...
"Are you sure about this, Queen?" A man in a black cloak appeared in the room, holding a scythe... "You were the one who thought it wise to give him a little push, weren\'t you, Thanatos?" she asked, but the reaper remained silent.
"Let\'s just watch, I feel this man will be interesting," Persephone said, releasing a small smile of curiosity...
\'A man with attitude... I liked that...\' she thought, playing with her fingers on her lips, watching him.
The moment Strax returned to his body... Kryssia immediately jumped back.
[Queen of the Darkest Spring is watching you]
Strax read, as he looked at his hands. His body felt lighter, yet stronger. His human frailty was gradually fading, giving way to scales.

\'Interesting...\'
"What happened to you?" The woman spoke to the air, feeling her legs tremble from the aura Strax was emitting, and he didn\'t even notice.
"Huh? I just sacrificed a few things... Let\'s say I need to at least survive against a cold woman," his smile struck her.
\'He changed...\' she murmured.
\'Not only his spirit... but his aura... it\'s completely new...\' she murmured as she watched the man\'s body slightly contort...
"Tiamat, could you turn into a greatsword?" He asked, and the dragon woman agreed, and the sword in his hand became gigantic as Strax held it.
"Ouroboros, I\'m not underestimating you by not using you as a weapon, I want you to give me the Black Ice again." Strax explained with kindness and affection, and Ouroboros couldn\'t refuse, she saw the smile on his face and just became embarrassed...
"Y-yes," she agreed.
[The Black Ice Manipulation skill has been upgraded to Black Ice Manipulation]
[The Black Fire Manipulation skill remains active, thanks to Persephone\'s Blessing]
\'Fufufu, so it really wasn\'t a dream...\' Strax murmured, seeing that everything was still in order.
While he was busy preparing to fight again... Kryssia stood still... She was actually in shock with what she was seeing...
\'So strong...\' she murmured, looking at the man with her eyes wide open. She simply couldn\'t believe what she was witnessing...
\'I hit him so much, and yet, he gets up and keeps regenerating, growing stronger...\' She watched in fascination. It had been a long time since she... \'How many years since I\'ve had this much fun? How many years since I\'ve seen someone this interesting?\'
Kryssia remained motionless, her eyes fixed on Strax, trying to comprehend the magnitude of what she was seeing.
The air around him seemed to vibrate with a new energy, something she hadn\'t witnessed before.
The scales emerging from his skin were not just signs of physical power, but of a transition that defied everything she had ever known about evolution.
\'He\'s no longer human. And yet, he\'s not fully a dragon either... What kind of creature is he becoming?\' Kryssia thought, her mind racing, but her body still paralyzed by shock.
Strax, on the other hand, was calm. The weight he had previously carried, the result of his old limitations, had now almost completely dissipated.
The pain he had felt earlier, the constant battle to keep his own existence cohesive, seemed to have faded into a slight discomfort.
It was as if he had finally found balance, and his demonic and draconic essences were beginning to coexist in harmony.
"Strax..." Kryssia murmured, her voice filled with surprise and fascination. "You are... impressive."
He lifted his eyes, the blood-red gleaming in them as he took a step forward, testing the new power pulsing through every fiber of his being. "Impressive? I wouldn\'t say so... I\'m just getting started."
Kryssia smiled, a smile no longer carrying the arrogant touch from before, but something more sincere, more primal. Her eyes gleamed with an almost childlike excitement. "I knew there was something different about you from the start. But now..." She paused, savoring the moment, the air between them charged with electric tension. "Now you\'ve become someone who\'s worth it. Someone I want to fight."
Strax raised an eyebrow, a mischievous smile forming on his lips. "Want to fight? What\'s changed since last time? You crushed me, remember?"
Kryssia let out a low laugh, her voice filled with a dark, almost wild joy. "Yes, I crushed you. But now... now it will be different. You\'re not the same anymore. I\'m not the same anymore." She began to move, stretching her muscles, flexing her fingers as if preparing for a dance.
"You\'ve shown me something new, Strax. And I\'m eager to see how far this goes."
Strax tilted his head, curious about her change in attitude. "You seem... excited."
Kryssia stared at him, her dark eyes gleaming with intensity. "Excited? I\'m exhilarated." She stepped forward, her feet almost floating above the ground. "It\'s been so long since I\'ve faced someone who truly challenges me. Who really forces me to test my limits. And you, Strax..." She paused, looking him up and down, sizing him up.
"You\'re finally becoming that someone."
Without wasting time, Kryssia charged. Her movements were fast but not rushed, every step calculated with almost predatory precision. Strax, now lighter and more agile, felt the air around him shift, and for a moment, everything seemed to slow down.
She attacked with devastating speed, the tip of her blade aiming directly at his neck. Strax, almost instinctively, raised his left arm, blocking the blow with the side of his giant sword, which Tiamat had transformed into.
The impact echoed through the environment, making the ground tremble beneath their feet.
Kryssia\'s smile widened as she felt the resistance. "You\'re different... Stronger, faster... But is it enough?" She pulled back for a moment, only to return with even more intensity. Her body seemed to glide across the battlefield, her blades glinting as they sliced through the air toward Strax.
Strax, in turn, felt his mind racing, his reflexes sharper than ever. The draconic abilities, mixed with his new demonic powers, formed a lethal combination. He could predict Kryssia\'s movements, but she was incredibly skilled, each attack more precise and intense than the last.
"You talk too much," he muttered, dodging another strike, before launching a quick counterattack. His sword collided with hers, and though it was made of ice, sparks flew through the air as the energy between them seemed to intensify.
"Talking too much is part of the fun," Kryssia replied, her smile remaining fixed. "And besides, don\'t tell me you\'re not enjoying this, Strax. I can feel it in you."
She spun her body, coming down with crushing force toward him. Strax quickly raised his sword to block, but he was thrown back by the sheer intensity of the blow. He slid across the ground, his feet digging into the earth as he regained his balance.
"Fun..." He murmured, slowly getting up. His eyes glowed an even more intense blood-red, and a smile formed on his lips. "Yeah... maybe I am."
"HAHAHA," Kryssia laughed, a clear, almost ecstatic sound. "Finally! This is what I\'m talking about!" She charged again, her blades now blurs, each movement faster than the last.
But this time, Strax wasn\'t just defending. He was attacking too. His giant sword, despite seeming heavy, moved with surprising agility. He blocked Kryssia\'s blows with ease, then counterattacked with brutal force.
The battle turned into a chaotic dance of blades and sparks. Every attack, every defense, made the ground shake. Strax\'s scales now gleamed under the light, reflecting the power being unleashed with each strike.
And Kryssia... Kryssia couldn\'t stop smiling.
"You\'re enjoying this, aren\'t you?" Strax asked between attacks, his voice now brimming with newfound confidence.
"More than you can imagine!" Kryssia replied, her voice vibrating with excitement. She lunged again, this time aiming straight for Strax\'s heart.
But he was ready. With a fluid motion, he sidestepped the strike and countered, his sword coming down with colossal force. Kryssia blocked just in time but was thrown backward, her face still full of exhilaration.
"Yes! That\'s it! More! Show me more of what you can do!" Kryssia shouted, her excitement growing with each passing second.
To her, this was the best fight she had experienced in centuries.
Strax didn\'t respond.
He just kept attacking, feeling the power swell inside him.
With each strike, it was as if he was adapting more and more to his new body, to his new existence. He felt himself evolving in real time, growing stronger with every second.
Kryssia noticed this, and her excitement only increased. She had never faced anyone who evolved so quickly in battle.
"You\'re incredible, Strax!" she yelled, her body moving with an almost supernatural speed. "Finally, someone who can make me fight for real!"
