A direction where a certain black-haired beauty with ungodly slopes danced along the roof tops as she battled a snow leopard-type monster!
This particular monster was in the Middle Soul Transformation Realm, and it could be classified as quite the powerhouse in such a realm.
Its three hundred-meter-wide body was evidence of that fact!

Ice spikes darted through the skies as Crystalline cast one of the techniques passed down through the members of her sect.

"Just go down already." Her icy voice leaked out.
"Rawrghhh!!!" The beast let out a savage roar in response to the words spoken by Crystalline.
Nonetheless, despite the clear resistance from the snow leopard monster, the ice spikes continued on their path!

The snow leopard attempted to thwart the impending impact of the lethal ice spikes; however, it was nowhere near fast or strong enough!
The spikes she unleashed may look relatively simple; however, in actuality, they were ultra condensed masses of Ice Qi, molded into the form of sixty-meter-long Ice Spikes!

The frosty aura being emitted from the giant ice spikes suddenly increased by dozens of times their original energy levels as they spun at even faster rates!

The leopard let out an anguished cry as six large holes were drilled into its previously pristine fur!

Crystalline frosty words reverberated out as she looked through the City of RiverBloom and observed the fact that they, along with the rest of the Adventurer's and itterant cultivators that went out to help with the invading monster's, had barely put a dent in the bulk of the monster forces!
There were around nine million monsters of every species in the beginning, although such a number had gone down to seven and a half million. A reduction that was only possible with the combined efforts of tens of thousands of cultivators over the span of a fourth of an hour...
Nonetheless, that was still nowhere near what they needed to shave off to be able to outlast the Unity Form Synthesis Realm Monster that was rapidly approaching their city.

The monster in question was edging ever closer to the city of RiverBloom!
If one looked close enough and possessed a high enough cultivation base, then they would be able to catch a glimpse of an absolutely massive mountaina 'mountain' in the form of a 'small dot' that slowly moved toward them from the area south of RiverBloom.
It seemed like that behemoth originated from somewhere in the Great Wildlands Foresta logical conclusion that would make absolutely no sense, considering that most people would be hard-pressed to even catch sight of a Nascent Soul Realm being in the Great Wildlands Forest.
So why would a monster in the Unity Form Synthesis Realm suddenly approach the City of RiverBloom from the forbidden zone known as the Great Wildlands Forest??
Why would a place that barely had the presence of Nascent Soul and Soul Transformation Realm Beings be designated a 'forbidden zone' to begin with??

Azmond clenched his fists as he was once again reminded that he was not powerful enough to be in control of his fate! He had already come to terms that he would always be under someone else in terms of power; however, that didn't make such a fact any easier to accept...
There was a Unity Form Synthesis Realm monster closing in on RiverBloom, and it didn't even seem like it was one of the main players in whatever was going on behind the scenes.
