Chapter 64: Draco The Explorer!
He came in peace, trying to sell kindness and belief. He wasn't ruthless, he wasn't arrogant, he was just a seeker of knowledge and a recruiter of sorts.
He was planning to kill no one; he was planning to control no one.
He came in peace, trying to broaden our horizon and walk the forest in our place, the forest was vast, the size of a continent, and with its outer, inner, and core zones, it formed a hierarchy.
E to C-rank tribes were in the outer layer; B to S-rank tribes were in the inner layer. As for the core layer? There were no tribes, only walking disasters & sleeping calamities.
Powerhouses of the SS, SSS, and EX-Rank.
they were there to guard the heart; they were there to enjoy the calm, they were there... Because it was their home.
If anyone disturbed their sleep In one way or another, if they didn't reach a certain level of Strength, they weren't coming out alive.
how big was the Forest? and Portalia itself?
Portalia was a prison world, a main world known by many; it was also drowned in space laws. Spatial fluctuations allowed many realms to exist in it, overlap with it, and expand the planet itself, thus creating the phenomenon of an ever-expanding world.
But in layman's terms, Portalia was thousands of times bigger than Earth, and most of its land was concentrated on the Central Continent.
Its equatorial diameter was in the hundreds of millions of kilometers and dozens of millions of miles.
And to answer the first question, the forest itself was bigger than the entirety of Earth, multiple times at that.
Since the forest was connected to the human continent, and the latter was the biggest continent aside from the Central one, it could be said that when Draco and the students moved, they traveled a good distance, but the Monster Tribes themselves aren't that big; they were just very spaced out as each tribe held its own territory and those were of considerable size.
So for the students to kill all the monsters alive or destroy all the tribes, it will take years.
But Portalia itself was considered very small; it was so small that many named it the Prison Station.
because even if Portalia was huge compared to Earth, the gate to the prison realm, which was the more important thing about the planet, was measured in light years.
The prison held down celestials and even sealed higher life forms than them, and those beings can't live in a weak place like a planet; a slight movement or even word from them could cause the entire planet to disintegrate.
But this isn't our topic for today; it is the upcoming adventures of Draco the Explorer, the new races we will meet, the new encounters and discoveries, as well as understanding our little demon better.
Draco the explorer was still in the outer zone since he was just constructed, but immediately after that, he went for the inner zone.
He wasn't interested in lesser monsters as weak as C-Rank; they had to be A-Rank at the very least to be added to his army.
With his speed, it didn't take long for him to reach his destination and that's when he flew down and decided to walk.
The inner zone wasn't too different from the outer layer, but it had more concentrated elements, denser mana, and a richer environment.
Huge trees 100 meters tall were covering the sky; beasts & monsters were living close to, inside, or above them, and rivers danced around them.
A magnificent view of countless elements unfolded for Draco's eyes to see, Spirits moved joyfully without a care in the world and this invigorated him to no end.
"To live is to be part of nature, indeed." Draco nodded to his own words.
How did devouring thousands of enemies affect Draco? How many new racial and personality traits were added to the mix?
There were too many to name, but in conclusion, harmony played the biggest role currently, but Draco was slowly turning into an unfeeling, selfish, ruthless, and scheming fellow, a demon through and through.
His humanity could be said to have faded; gone was the kindest living being; gone was the compassionate, kind, and caring Draco Valenstein.
Draco currently wouldn't even bat an eye before killing his own older sister if she had a single trait he deemed interesting; there was no for old time's sake in him anymore.
But he was calm, collected, calculating, and shifting into an experienced monster with records of memories that were still intricately linking and weaving together inside his brain. Hopefully, this will make him come to himself and find balance between evil and neutral, to become a true powerhouse, he needed it.
At first, he moved fast and had little to no control over himself. He was also very inexperienced and had no knowledge whatsoever of the world he was thrown into.
He was also full of himself and thought he was some kind of chosen one of this world, but he was quickly reminded, forcefully shut down, and made to understand that standing out too much would cause him to live a short life.
Through the book nerds he absorbed, he came to learn that transmigrators were common but not too common either. The last one came dozens of millions of years ago but he fell into the trap of believing himself to be some sort of protagonist.
The celestials noticed him, the imprisoned ones noticed him, and the worst one yet, the world, knew of him. Not just the living beings; the world itself noticed his existence, and this was considered the worst fate possible.
Thus, his life was cut short way too soon.
But, aside from this one, transmigrators, reincarnators, and the rarer type, the regressors, were known to do pretty well.
Most of them came to be and are still major powerhouses and founders of major forces in the world, like an intelligence agency called the Stellar Network, which is known as the undisputed number one, and a merchant company called Gloria Corp.
Even the Anomaly was rumored to be one, but trusted sources said otherwise. However, his source of miracles was unknown; some said it was his own genius and talent, others said it was an artifact or some ancient device, but no one other than him knew for real.
But this has nothing to do with Draco; all he knew was to lay low, act behind the scenes, and cause chaos!
