Chapter 194: Palkus’ Journey! 11
"Very well." Martin and Karl didn't say anything.
"Wait!" Suddenly, Dania shouted.
"Savior, When I am good enough to start my journey, I would love to meet you and go on adventures with you. So please, wait for me until then." She announced, taking the group by surprise.
"Sure, I will be waiting." Palkus smiled at her.

After teleporting to the guild master office, Palkus didn't stay for long, he said his goodbyes, and moved directly to the blacksmith guild.
Once again, he went to the counter, took his keys and went up to the second floor to look for his room.
The next 2 days, Palkus spent his time between forging, concocting potions, making pills, and going back to the inn to sleep.
He was also given his share of the grand test's entrance fee the next day he went to the alchemist guild, and then he gave it back to them to pay for his ingredients while adding a few million P$ on top. He, as an EX-rank elder, had a huge discount on anything he purchased within the alchemist guild, but the guild still needed its fees to continue running smoothly.
Today was the dawn he promised to meet with the 'Thunder Strike' party in. He went to the guild, entered the building and looked to his right. And there they were, a group of 5, 2 men and 3 females. Allan, the party leader, was waving at him.
Palkus approached the group.
"Hello, Palkus. I've heard you've been doing some crazy stuff after we met. You're really a talented fellow." Allan smiled and said.
"Not so much, just normal stuff." Palkus replied, sitting next to Allan.
"Haha, how humble. Anyway, this is my team, from right to left, it's Lorea, Adena, Tuskina, Laff, and Tuskas." Allan introduced his teammates.
Lorea was a witch wearing a dark robe showing her cleavage, Palkus could guess her race just from the witch hat she had next to her.
Adena was a short dwarf girl with a hammer larger than her, supported by the chair she was sitting in. Palkus had a hard time not chuckling when he saw how her legs didn't reach the floor.
Tuskina was an ogre, and although her race was known for their brawls and no brains, she looked more like a variant to the knowledgeable eyes of Palkus. She did have the signature ogre canines, but overall, she was more on the beautiful side of the spectrum. She was wearing a leather skirt and on her upper body, her chest was covered by bandages.
Laff was a human great swordsman, his face was scared from the middle and he looked like a serious individual. He was the oldest of the group. He was wearing a black fur coat over his silver armor, and supported by the chair was the large, one-edged great sword of his.
Tuskas was Tuskina's brother, another ogre variant; he was bald, didn't wear anything on his upper body and wore black pants. Unlike other male ogres, he wasn't buff but more on the lean side.
"Nice to meet you everyone, I'm Palkus." Palkus smiled, while the others nodded in response.
"Did you eat anything yet, Palkus? We've just got here and are about to order our breakfast." Allan asked.
"Oh, sure." Palkus replied. The group ordered their breakfast ate, and Allan got up.
"It's about time we move." He announced.
"So what's the mission about." When the party left the city, Palkus asked.
"Oh, I forgot to inform you. The mission we have this time is to defeat an escaped hell entity." The party's mood got serious as Allan replied.
"A hell entity? When was the last time one escaped?" Palkus opened his eyes wide.
"What kind of hell entity?" After the initial shock, Palkus for once, got serious. This was no laughing matter anymore.
Hell entities are creatures that are not supposed to exist. They sometimes escape their world, which is unknown to all that ever existed in Portalia aside from the fact that it's supposed to be hell, a piece of information that Truth managed to extract in his past and, through mysterious means, appear in their world.
"It's just a night watcher." Allan replied.
"Ah, fortunately it's not an anomalous one, otherwise, this would be one hell of a first mission." Palkus said.
Anomalous hellish entities, the worst kind possible. These types of hell entities have all kinds of unusual powers; some of them could teleport, some of them were immortal, and others even needed certain conditions to be fulfilled before they were killed. Throughout the entire history of Portalia, only 3 such cases were ever recorded.
The destination of the party was the forest path. The forest path was a wide expanse of trees where no civilization existed and it also acted as a barrier that separated the dwarven cities from the elven cities.
This does not mean that dwarves or elves cannot live within those cities, as Palkus has already seen many of them in the previous elven city. It just means that the city is under the direct control of the race's empire, since the dwarfelven continent was one where two race's empires coexisted.
All dungeons, ruins, rifts, and wild monsters can only be found within the forest paths, and purging them before they attack the cities was the job of the adventurers.
"A group of newbies caught sight of signs related to the night watcher, and another A-rank party was even reported missing while exploring that area, so the guild assigned this mission to us. We'll be spending the day there looking for signs and when the night comes, we will attack."
