33 Lesson 32
After reading the whole thing, I'm going to put the pile of books back on the shelf.
When I finish that, I will now look at the other shelves in turn. I'm going to look at the mood swings to see if there's a book that doesn't have a particular purpose but is interesting.
A variety of titles, including sorcery books, history books, stories, academic books, dictionaries, and economic books, are classified and lined up by shelf.
Aotearoa takes it and turns to pieces when she has a title of interest, and when she loses interest, she moves back to the next shelf.
As we do so, we reach the children's book corner.
It begins with picture books, lined with stories for children, fairytales, books for study, and more.
I take one of them and go on reading them as paralyzed as any other book.
But I don't put it back on the bookshelf, unlike when I've been in a book before, but on the contrary, I'm going to reread the book from the beginning, this time slowly.
The look that was dazzling and distracting tightens and becomes a rugged face.
"This is the end of a battle a thousand years ago, why the hell is this..."
The title of the book in its hands is The Legend of the Seven Braves. It is a story describing the battle between the seven brave men of Ethereal Tai and the Demon King a thousand years ago.
When I finished reading the book, I looked for similar books to read, but all the books had the same content.
In the story, Aeta bathed in the blood of the Demon King and lost her sanity as a result of undergoing the last dark magic.
And with that hand he is killing one fellow, the Dragon Man, the Elf and the Beast Man's Brave One after another, and finally returning to Earth with the Princess's repatriation magic.
The princess also lost her life by using repatriation magic.
As far as Aotearoa can recall, he has made a gap and struck a stubborn blow for everyone during the battle against the Demon King.
But it was also jarring, a blurry memory that seemed only a little in the fog.
Everyone in that battle was out of strength and exhausted.
If I can do magic in that state, I'll fall into the dark. Besides, if the Demon King's blood was used as a medium, the effect would also be immense. If normal (...).
As a good darkness magic measure for the Demon King, Aotea was wearing multiple pieces of light attribute gear and applied more than one grant magic that increased his magic resistance.
Furthermore, as a brave man at the time, Ethereum was under the protection of the God of Light.
Even if it was dark magic using the Demon King's blood as a medium, it was hard to imagine Ethereum falling into darkness with the magic unleashed by the Demon King in a weak state.
Otherwise, what Ethereum was caught in was the blood of the Demon King, which is the medium of the problem.
I cut him into demon kings many times while using my unique skills, but I never remembered bleeding once and never getting blood on my sword.
It's hard to believe that I bled enough to be exposed to the body, even though it was because I stopped.
Even biggest inconsistency, because it's like a fairy tale, it may have to be flushed, but who spinned this story when everyone was supposed to die and be repatriated?
That was the biggest question, but if we could find out who that is, we might be able to find out the truth about the story. Aeta thinks so.
Was one of the braves alive, or was there someone else?
"The closest thing to here is the Elf territory..."
Since the millennium has passed, we may not be able to get any information.
Still, there is no zero chance of getting just some kind of truth shard, Ethereum, who thought so, heads to the reception when he returns the book.
"Oh, welcome home...... what's wrong? You look scared."
On the way home, the receptionist was only a woman, and the male staff seemed to organize the bookcase.
"No, it's nothing. Thanks for everything. Can I have my deposit back?
"Yes, thank you. We look forward to seeing you again."
When Aotearoa receives the gold coin, she opens the door and leaves.
As the sun slanted and the crowd dwindled, Ethereal's feet were straight to their destination.
When you get to the desired store, open the door.
The entrance bell rings and the clerk reacts.
"Yes, yes, there you are. Something... Oh, isn't it Sorta? You want to use our equipment again?
Usually Elmia would do the store number, but Karena rarely did today.
"No, I need to talk to you today."
Karena looks surprised but smiles quickly.
"Ha ha, what a pleasure to say that you want to talk to this old man. Fine, let's hear it. I'm closing the store. Just give me a minute."
Turn the door bills into closings, lock them, and close the curtains.
"Come on, shall we go to the back room? I'll serve you some tea. I don't have Elmia, so the taste might be bad."
They are led to a different reception room from the work room they went to during this time.
"Sit down and wait. I'll get you some tea."
Karena leaves the room, so Aeta looks inside the room.
The ceiling is equipped with magic props of lights, with two sofas to face each other, between which there is a seating table.
In the corner of the room is placed a vase on the table, decorated with flowers, neatly tidy and well cleaned.
Looking at the room, Karena returns.
"Here's some tea and a simple one, but I've got some tea treats for you."
Even so, dark colored tea and tasty looking cookies line up on the table.
A sip of that tea will erupt.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! What the fuck is this!!
Place the cup back on the table and wipe your mouth with the removed handkerchief.
"Oh? Was that so bad? That's crazy, I don't think the brewing's that different from Elmia's."
Karena is drinking tea with a cool face.
The cookies I ate for a mouthful tasted high enough to rank among the best I've ever eaten.
"What the hell is this gap..."
"Uh, that cookie was baked by Elmia. Whatever I say, she's gonna be a good wife."
Arm up, yeah nod.
Aotearoa takes the water out of the bag and drinks it up.
"So, I need to ask you something, okay?
"Hmm? Oh, you did... So, what the hell? You mean alchemy again? Or is this about Elmia?
Aotearoa shakes her neck to the side.
"Neither, or you just want to talk about Elmia... all I want to hear is about the country you were in, the country of the Elves"
Karena stops drinking tea and puts the cup straight back in the saucer.
"... what the hell do you want to know about that country?
The expression also gets a little harsh.
"I don't want to hear that hard, your current impression of that country and anything big has happened since the battle a thousand years ago. I want to hear that."
