Chapter 159 Opportunity
"Sir Adventurer, Do you need anything else." A female waitress asked as she placed a big dish on the table.
"No, and Thanks for your service," Alex said, handing the waitress a white flame coin as her tip.
Alex was currently in the Adventurer Guild branch of the Gold Kingdom, and his reason for coming here was to meet with the Branch Head Varos to get the quest that would reward him a [SSS] Rank legacy.
Alex came with the sole purpose of meeting with Branch Head Varos to get the quest, but before he could even ask for a meeting, he received a message from Lady Rosalba.
The content of the message was quite interesting, so he decided to spend some time in the guild bar and think about the proposal he wanted to make.
\'So The Frozen Flower want backup help from my organization, and they are willing to pay any reasonable price.\' Alex thought he peacefully ate his stake.
Alex was interested in this proposal not because he wanted to earn a quick profit from this war but because he knew it was his chance to get some well-awaited revenge.
\'I am confident that Hydra Guild guild is not expecting to go on a full-scale war over the supremacy of the Ice Kingdom Royal capital city with the Frozen Flower Guild any time soon.\'
\'This means they are destined to lose the war, which would force the Hundred Coffins Guild, their backer, to step in to save their lap dog.\' Alex thought with an evil smirk.
\'I don\'t think the Hundred Coffins Guild would openly get involved in this war as it would attract the attention of vultures, but if they don\'t, then the loss of Hydra Guild would be certain.\' Alex thought.
Alex thought of how the coming war would develop, knowing that things wouldn\'t go down the same route as he remembered from his previous life because he would make sure of that.
\'It doesn\'t matter if the Hundred Coffins Guild gets involved openly or not because I am going rip them apart from piece to piece, and I will start by destroying their lap dog.\'
\'I am going to enjoy this coming war.\' Alex thought as he wrote a short message using the golden message token.
"Shadow Oblivion Organization will support the Frozen Flower Guild in the time of need."
\'This should give them some confidence boost.\' Alex thought as he sent the message with the name of his organization.
Alex didn\'t make any big promises like supplying weapons or financial support because he knew that the Frozen Flower Guild didn\'t need any of that, but he promised what they wanted from him.
\'Let\'s check If I can find any of the substitute ingredients in the adventurer guild shop.\' Alex thought as he took out the list of ingredients given to him by Lady Elmara.
\'I don\'t know how to acquire a single ingredient from the ingredient list other than the core of the light Eemental, but even getting that would take months of effort.\' Alex thought as he read the names of the ingredients.
The ingredient list had the names and a brief explanation of close to twenty ingredients written on it, but Alex had no clue where to find them.
\'The privileges of being an S-Rank adventurer are just amazing.\' Alex thought, looking at the Adventurer guild shop section filled with high-quality stuff.
After getting the Golden Privilege Badge, Alex was directly promoted to the S-Rank, and now he had the same level of privilege as any real S-Rank just because of his SSS Rank legacy.
\'I was hoping to get lucky.\' Alex thought as he disappointedly closed the shop, not finding any required ingredients.
\'I will give the ingredient list to Emperor Melvin, and he should be able to find one of the substitute ingredients with his influence, and if he can\'t, I will do something about it.\'
\'I can also publish some personal quests for information on these ingredients, and I might get lucky and find some solid leads.\' Alex thought as he placed the ingredients list back into his inventory.
Alex wanted to complete the continental quest as quickly as possible to get the amazing rewards, but he had other more pressing matters that he needed to complete.
While Alex peacefully ate his meal and thought about his future plans, his one message was changing the whole dynamic of the coming war.

The room had a few people having a heated discussion related to a serious topic, making the atmosphere quite intense when the beauty sitting in the corner snapped her finger, garnering everyone\'s attention.
"The Organization has given their reply." Lady Rosalba said, and the whole room immediately went silent.
"The Organization will support us in our time of need." Lady Rosalba with a bright smile after taking a deep breath.
"Big Sis, What did the organization demand in return for their help?" Aster asked.
"The Organization didn\'t specify any demands, which is the best-case scenario for us." Lady Rosalba replied.
"Elder Rosalba, Did the Organization make any comments about me?" The only man in the room asked.
"Mr. Badger, No, they didn\'t." Lady Rosalba replied her happy smile nowhere to be seen.
"Badger, I will try to arrange a meeting with a higher-up from the organization, and there I will try to clear the misunderstanding by explaining your side of things." Lady Rosalba said.
"I don\'t think that would change anything, as I already have sent a detailed explanation to both Famir and Hidden One, but I didn\'t receive any response from them," Badger said with a wary smile.
"Badger, You said you planned to offer some gift to the Organization a few days ago, so did you do it," Violet asked, seeing the depressed-looking Badger.
"I did."
"I offered company shares worth close to 31 Billion and also 0.5 Shares in every major business of our Gedeon HouseHold, which are worth another 40 Billion, but they still didn\'t respond," Badger said his deadbeat tone.
"Are You sure you don\'t know anything secretive about this Hidden One person?" Violet said, sucking in a cold breath, hearing what Badger offered.
Badger didn\'t reply and just gave her a blank look, and after shaking his head, he picked up his wine glass and started drinking with a lost look.
"I didn\'t even know this Hidden One person and his situation with the Royal Family, But even I haven\'t received any response from Sir, Famir even after I told him that I have gained solid leads on the riddle," Hecate said in a frustrated tone.
"The Organization hasn\'t asked you to return the Monarch Tomb key, so they are still following their end of the deal," Violet said.
"Their silence is just eating away my sanity," Hecate said, not comforted by her friend\'s comment.
Alex had no clue that his decision to ignore the messages for a few weeks had created a situation with Badger, and his continued silence was only making it worse.
---------------------
"Congratulation, Adventurer Hidden One, on receiving the legacy of a Legend," Varos said as he offered Alex a cup of tea.
"Sir Varos, I know you are a busy person, so I wouldn\'t take too much of your time," Alex said as he accepted the teacup.
\'Let\'s hope I can get the quest based on my authority.\' Alex thought.
"I have heard rumors that you are looking for a group of talented third Rank Adventurers to do a challenging job for you," Alex said, lying with a straight face.
"I am a branch Elder, so obviously, I always have a few challenging quests that only special individuals could accept," Varos said casually.
"I am talking about the Quest, which has the Unknown Ingredients as its reward," Alex said.
"You are talking about Elder Nazruth Request?" Varos asked, and immediately a quest screen popped in front of Alex.
----------------

Collect 10 Vials of White Orc Blood.

----------------
\'I am not sure if this is the right quest.\' Alex thought, looking at the quest description.
"This is the only job offer with the Unknown ingredients as its reward," Varos said.
\'The information published by the guild in my previous life didn\'t say anything about the Alchemist guild, but they also didn\'t reveal much information on how they got the Beast Monarch First heart.\' Alex thought, searching his memory for any relevant information.
