The speed of working depended on one's focus, and how 'DEEP' one could go into the Cosmic Arcane Layer.

The deeper one went, the faster their core would form, and the better their Domain would become.

The power one could deliver into their domain when using it was also related to the Cosmic Arcane Layer. How much extra power their domain would receive also depended on one's depth into this layer.

At the moment, Erix and Rin were fully focused and drowned in this Cosmic Arcane Layer that even if someone attacked them, they wouldn't know.

Their consciousness drifted in the layer, trying to go deeper while their Prana orb transformed into their Domain's core.

Both of them didn't know how much time was passing as their consciousness stayed in the layer.

But when their domain core finally formed, they knew it was time, and with a moment's distraction, their consciousness appeared back in their Origin Region.

They completed the two steps, creating the domain's core.

However, the third step was the most time-consuming out of the others and required more effort. It was the development of their domain, and it was also to be done in the Cosmic Arcane Layer.

But Erix and Rin opened their eyes, leaving their Domain's core in their origin region.

"Only a bit of Spirit Force left," Erix said before he looked at the sky to check the time. "Damn, we already spent 3 hours?""

"Haha, Let's recover first before continuing," Rin chuckled. "We'll have to do multiple rounds of recovering Spirit Force to completely develop our Domains."

The duo meditated for twenty minutes before recovering their Spirit force to full and once again entered the Cosmic Arcane Layer with their Domain's core.

But this time, their Domain core was complete, and it was time to develop their domain.

It was not hard. All they had to do was to go to the deepest they could with their consciousness for better results and begin infusing their Prana into the Domain core.

What would happen once they infuse their Prana into the domain core?

The moment they steadily started infusing Prana, a sub-field started expanding from it and the development began.

According to their desires, subconscious, experience, and all of their essential factors, the Cosmic Arcane Layer began developing the duo's Domains with the core as the base, the duo's Prana as a resource, and their Spirit Force as engines.

While staying in complete focus at the deepest they could in the Cosmic Arcane Layer, Erix and Rin poured Prana and Spirit Force at a steady pace.

Consistency and steadiness were important for the perfection of the domain.

This process of their Domain developing from their core by the Cosmic Arcane Layer only happens once.

As such, people had to give more than their all for the power they sought.

Erix and Rin remained at their peak performance throughout before they actively broke their connection with the layer when only 1% of their Spirit Force remained.

As for Prana, they already consumed 3 whole potions each.

This single session consumed 20k of their Spirit Force and 270k of their Prana!

But they were nowhere near done with developing their Domain.

"Phew…that was a strainer," Rin sighed, but when she and Erix noticed sweat covering their whole body, they looked at each other in shock.

Despite not doing any sort of physical activity, their bodies were covered in glistening sweat. They shouldn't even sweat considering their racial features and power.

However, this sweat was not normal. Instead, it was residual magic that passed through from the Cosmic Arcane Layer to their origin region, and then throughout their body before turning into this form of sweat by using their physical energy A.K.A stamina.

Rin and Erix were shocked because they had heard it from Lilith when they were learning how to develop their Domains from her. "I want to kill a Peak Empyrean-order while we are still in Royal-order," Rin grinned.

"Exactly. That's at least how much powerful we should get before ascending," Erix licked his lips.

Rin also did the same.

"The Prana in this so pure and potent," Rin chuckled. "We can use it in the last stage of breakthrough to Empyrean-order."

"Yep," Erix nodded. "It's even more pure and potent than High-grade Prana crystal."

In the end, both of them filled up eight potions, netting a total of 1 liter.

"Erix, Rin."

Just as the duo entered meditation to recover their Spirit Force, Isabella arrived.

"Should we enter the Limitless Plane session before you continue?"

"Yeah, let's do it. We can save some time that way since we'll improve in the session," Erix nodded.
